InnoTech in Lisbon is seeking a passionate MarTech QE Tester to enhance digital experiences through thorough testing and quality assurance. As part of our dynamic team, you'll validate customer journeys and ensure data accuracy across marketing platforms.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Marketing Technology Quality Assurance or software testing roles.
• Hands‑on experience with CDPs, CRMs, analytics solutions, and marketing automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and data validation practices.

• Execute functional, integration, and data validation tests across MarTech ecosystems.

Your Mission Will Be

• Validate end-to-end customer journeys across marketing platforms, ensuring a seamless and reliable digital experience.
• Execute functional, integration, and data validation tests across MarTech ecosystems.
• Verify data accuracy and consistency between marketing platforms, APIs, and downstream systems.
• Support campaign quality assurance activities, including personalization, experimentation, and multichannel communications.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality and compliant digital solutions.

You Will Need

• Proven experience in Marketing Technology Quality Assurance or software testing roles.
• Hands‑on experience with CDPs, CRMs, analytics solutions, and marketing automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and data validation practices.
• Experience designing and executing test strategies, including automation approaches.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience validating analytics implementations, tagging strategies, and reporting solutions such as GA4.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance testing, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience working within large-scale and multi-platform MarTech environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
