InnoTech, Lisbon-based, seeks a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design AI-native workflows, multi-agent systems, and scalable integrations. You will build reusable capabilities and improve internal developer tools.

Collaborate with R&D teams to promote AI adoption, drive PoCs, and optimize workflows while aligning with security and quality standards. Growth-minded and people-first culture awaits.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Software/Platform engineering or related field.
• Experience designing AI-powered solutions and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong knowledge of MCP and developer tooling.
• EU work permit or CPLP nationality required.

• Design and deliver AI-native workflows, including multi-agent systems and RAG solutions.
• Build reusable Skills, Agents, and Commands to automate the developer lifecycle.
• Integrate AI capabilities with internal engineering tools through MCP.
• Enhance internal developer platforms, CLI tooling, and engineering intelligence.
• Promote AI adoption across R&D through PoCs and collaboration.

Your Mission Will Be

• Design and deliver AI-native workflows, including multi-agent systems and RAG solutions;
• Build reusable Skills, Agents, and Commands to automate the developer lifecycle;
• Integrate AI capabilities with internal engineering tools through Model Context Protocol (MCP);
• Enhance internal developer platforms, CLI tooling, and engineering intelligence;
• Promote AI adoption across R&D teams through PoCs, collaboration, and workflow optimization.

You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, DevOps, or Platform Engineering;
• At least 2 years of practical experience designing AI-powered or agentic solutions, with strong knowledge of LLM orchestration, AI workflows, and developer-focused integrations;
• Proficiency in multiple technologies such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar languages;
• Solid understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), plugin architectures, developer tooling, automation, and engineering metrics;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Contributions to open-source AI, LLM, or agentic ecosystem projects;
• Experience defining or tracking engineering performance metrics such as DORA, SPACE, or similar frameworks;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
