Contisystems is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution in a dynamic, technology-driven environment in Portugal.

The role focuses on market positioning, ABM programs, and content campaigns to engage strategic accounts, with ownership of CRM and sales enablement tools. Fluent Portuguese and English are required, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication or related fields.
• Experience in B2B marketing, ideally tech/fintech/services.
• Experience in account-based marketing and sales marketing.
• Experience in people management.
• Strong written communication and content organization skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business units.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the market, the competition, and industry trends, and turn that information into business opportunities.
• Define the positioning of our solutions and develop clear value propositions for the market.
• Develop campaigns and content targeted at clients and strategic accounts.
• Produce authoritative content (articles, success stories, newsletters) and manage the brand's presence on LinkedIn.
• Create tools to support the sales team (presentations, value propositions, sales scripts).
• Manage and optimize the CRM from a marketing perspective, tracking pipeline and conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the market, the competition, and industry trends, and turn that information into business opportunities;

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B marketing (we value experience in technology, fintech, or other service sectors);
• Experience in account-based marketing and sales marketing;
• Experience in people management;
• Strong written communication and content organization skills;
• Proficiency in using CRM and digital marketing tools;
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and comfortably in close collaboration with the business;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
