Algos in Portugal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate content, platform and email delivery within Google's regional marketing communications program, ensuring a cohesive operation.

This internal-facing role focuses on driving cross-functional collaboration, managing capacity, coaching team members and surfacing risks early to keep work scoped and on track. If you enjoy connecting dots across teams and building a scalable operating rhythm, this is the role for you.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in program/project management, ideally in marketing or digital production.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams (content, design, development).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the single point of integration across content, platform ops and email development.
• Manage day-to-day delivery consistency and escalate only exceptions.
• Coordinate handoffs between specialist functions to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and standardize tracking and reporting tools for visibility.
• Flag scope creep or risks early and support standardized reporting.
