Zumub is seeking a trainee for its global Influencer & Affiliate Marketing program in Cacém–Sintra. The role involves qualifying and reaching out to influencers, activating partners in campaigns, and aligning commercial terms and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or similar areas.
• 1 year of experience in marketing management.
• Fluent English; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI or other tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and reach out to new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets.
• Welcome and activate partners in campaigns, maintaining engagement over time.
• Agree commercial terms, promotions, and performance incentives.
• Develop and deliver sales-driven initiatives and win back inactive partners.
• Oversee performance, detect upsell, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to align campaigns and promotional materials.
