What You Will Do

• Provide strategic support to clients managing paid marketing campaigns on ByteDance platforms.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize ad performance, and guide users to maximize their ROI.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service in both Spanish and English, ensuring an excellent user experience.
• Analyze campaign data and offer actionable insights to advertisers.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Mandatory hands‑on experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Native or C1/C2 level in Spanish + professional fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving shift patterns.

Work Schedule & Shifts

• Initial Phase: 12‑hour operational window (Monday to Sunday). You will work a standard 8‑hour shift within this hoop:
  • Shift A: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Shift B: 10:00 – 19:00
• Future Phase (TBC by client): Transition to a 24/7 rotative shift pattern (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off per week.
