Qualifikationen

• 3–5 лет опыта в анализе данных, BI, CRM или смежных ролях.

• Уверенное владение Excel и Power BI.
• Знание SQL.
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в кросс-функциональных командах.
• Опыт работы с CRM и Microsoft Dynamics будет плюсом.
• Опыт в ритейле и программах лояльности будет плюсом.

Aufgaben

• Анализируйте эффективность бизнеса и брендов, отслеживайте продажи, маржу, транзакции и средний чек.
• Анализируйте результаты по магазину, категории, кампании и сегментам; выявляйте тренды и возможности.
• Анализируйте клиентскую базу: удержание, частоту, Recency, ценность; находите возможности кросс-продаж.
• Работа с Microsoft Dynamics по созданию сегментов клиентов и аудиторий для кампаний.
• Поддержка активации кампаний и оценка их эффективности и влияния.
• Готовить анализы и рекомендации для маркетинга, CRM и лояльности.
• Работа в разных брендах и направлениях группы Agris.

Grupo Agris is a national economic group with more than 1,000 employees, operating in the Retail, Distribution and Production sectors. We are present throughout the country, with leading brands, and have a dedicated team of employees who contribute to our sustainable growth and our closeness to customers and partners. We intend to welcome a Marketing & Customer Data Analyst to our Marketing & Communication team to support the analysis and use of data from the Group’s different businesses and brands.

Задачи

• Analyse the performance of the different businesses and brands, monitoring indicators such as sales, margin, number of transactions/receipts, average ticket, purchase frequency, among others
• Analyse performance by store, category, campaign and other relevant segments, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Analyse the customer base and its evolution, particularly in terms of retention, frequency, recency and value, and identify cross-selling opportunities and the creation of segments
• Work with the information available in Microsoft Dynamics, contributing to the creation of customer segments and the definition of audiences for campaigns
• Support campaign activation and measure its performance and impact
• Produce analyses and recommendations that support decision-making and the development of Marketing, CRM and loyalty initiatives
• Work across the Group’s different brands and business areas

Требования

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, CRM or related roles
• Strong analytical skills, ease in interpreting data, identifying opportunities and making concrete recommendations to the business and Marketing teams Turn analyses into insights, opportunities and concrete recommendations
• Good command of Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented profile.
