At Inizio Engage, we develop communication, promotion and sales solutions for the Pharmaceutical Industry, serving leading companies in the industry both locally and globally. Inizio Engage is recruiting a Marketing & Business Analyst to join a project at a leading company, with responsibility for managing and developing brands, ensuring the execution of the marketing strategy and achievement of business objectives. This is a temporary position covering a colleague’s maternity leave, with an expected duration of 6 months to 1 year.

• Manage the brands under your responsibility, ensuring that the defined objectives are met
• Define and implement the medium- and long-term marketing strategy
• Develop growth strategies (product innovation, communication, commercial initiatives, among others)
• Plan and monitor the execution of campaigns and media plans
• Define and ensure the execution of communication materials and elements (media and point of sale)
• Manage and control the marketing budget
• Collect and analyse market and competitor information to support decision-making
• Analyse the performance and impact of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the commercial area on sales forecasts
• Develop quantitative and qualitative market analyses
• Prepare demand forecasts (forecast)
• Plan, organise and monitor events
• Coordinate and develop events

Требования:

• Higher education (preferably in Marketing, Management or similar fields)
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in marketing roles (preferably in the OTC, FMCG or dermocosmetics sectors)
• Experience in digital marketing, omnichannel campaigns, campaign implementation, promotional management and ROI analysis
• Experience in market analysis (e.g. IQVIA/IMS, Nielsen or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English.
• Strategic vision and results orientation
• Analytical ability and critical thinking
• Decision-making ability
• Good organisational, planning and priority management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
