Bounce is seeking a Product Engineer in Lisbon to craft new products on our platform and expand the Bounce marketplace. You will own features end-to-end across backend and frontend, working with Elixir, React Native/Expo, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Join a small, fast-moving team with weekly cycles, where you’ll shape what we build, influence production systems, and contribute to growth initiatives across consumer apps, partner tools, and growth engines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production experience and ownership of features across the stack.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily software development practices.
• Generalist who ships features from concept to production across backend and frontend.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Elixir or Ruby is a plus.
• Strong frontend skills with React/React Native; knowledge of Next.js and TypeScript recommended.
• Experience designing APIs and applying unit/integration testing techniques.
• Focus on exceptional end-user experience; attention to detail and quality.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Comfort leveraging AI tooling to boost productivity.
