Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to internal service calls and assist in maintaining all hotel facilities in optimal condition. The role involves preventive maintenance across heating, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and refrigeration, with learning of technical computer systems and guest interactions.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of technical experience or a Training Certificate/Advanced Technical Diploma, Portuguese fluency,

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years of technical experience or hold a Training Certificate/Advanced Technical Diploma in a technical field.
Portuguese fluency is required and English proficiency is recommended but not required.
Must have authorization to work in a European country.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Respond to internal service calls and assist in maintaining hotel facilities.
Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs in the plant room and throughout the property (heating, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration).
Learn and interact with various technical computer systems and guests as needed.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors as part of a team.
