Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel is seeking a maintenance technician to join our team in Grândola, Portugal. You will identify and repair equipment faults, support preventive maintenance, and improve reliability of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

We value hands-on experience in hospitality settings, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Accommodation and meals are provided, along with health insurance after six months.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Identify and repair equipment faults.
• Support preventive maintenance and read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Respect and improve the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Analyze and implement improvements to increase equipment reliability.
• Energy management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance routines.
• Minor repairs in carpentry, electrical, and painting.

ABOUT THE JOB

Main Responsibilities:

• Identification and repair of equipment faults
• Support in carrying out preventive maintenance and electrical and mechanical schematics
• Compliance with and improvement of the Preventive Maintenance Plan
• Analysis and implementation of improvements to increase equipment reliability
• Energy management
• Ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance routines
• Minor repair work in carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks
