Job summary

BrandHero is seeking a Financial Analyst to shape short- and long-term growth. You will work with the CEO/COO, preparing financial, business, product and market analysis for M&A targets, leading reviews, audits, and due diligence.

You will build models, assess risks and opportunities, develop investment memos, and contribute to valuation models and corporate presentations as part of a fast-growing startup backed by experienced teams. Remote role with Lagos office access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent project management and organisation in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and initial valuation and marketing materials for potential acquisitions.
• Identify key risks and opportunities for each transaction (pre & post close).
• Take ownership of due diligence on new targets.
• Connect with potential acquisition targets.
• Contribute to updates of valuation & merger models and corporate presentations.
