Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor, catch and understand the most relevant industry trends and good understanding of local market (online and offline).
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers.
• Strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their dream looks, supporting store business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the sales process by providing product insights, recommending items, and applying up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships through omnichannel practices and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation, maintain visual standards, and ensure products align with brand image.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and GDPR and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
