Neve Jewels Group is seeking a Part Time Client Advisor for the Diamonds Factory store in Lisbon. You will greet clients, offer personalized consultations, and guide them through bespoke design in a premium, luxury environment.

You’ll drive sales while maintaining exceptional service, coordinate with the team, and uphold showroom standards. The role requires weekends, Portuguese and English proficiency, and a passion for luxury jewelry.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in premium or luxury retail with proven sales success.
• Education or knowledge in jewelry, gemology, or luxury products (e.g., GIA, JAA) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with phone, video, and in-person consultations.
• Willingness to occasionally support other stores in the region.
• Availability during weekends and peak sales periods is required.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct one-hour consultation appointments in a lounge setting and guide bespoke design.
• Deliver a seamless luxury shopping experience from greeting to after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly sales goals through consultative, personal selling and closing.
• Deepen knowledge of collections, materials, and craftsmanship to advise customers.
• Use internal systems to manage orders and customer information accurately.
• Represent Diamonds Factory professionally and maintain showroom presentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support visual merchandising to keep the showroom welcoming.
