Engel & Völkers Portugal is seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants to join the Quinta do Lago team. You will proactively acquire properties and clients, conduct valuations, organize viewings, negotiate with buyers and owners, and develop marketing activities to attract listings.

The role offers access to an international network, ongoing training, and personalized marketing support. Residency in the Algarve and a 100% commission-based model are highlighted features.

Qualificações

• Commercial mindset and sales experience are required.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
• Additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian) are a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are needed.
• Residence in the Algarve region is required.
• Driving license and own vehicle are required.
• Interest in working under a 100% commission-based model.
