Engel & Völkers Portugal is seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants to join the Comporta and Melides teams. You will proactively acquire properties and clients, conduct valuations and market analysis, organize property viewings, and negotiate with buyers and owners as part of a premium international brand.

The role offers access to a strong international network, ongoing training, and a flexible schedule within a 100% commission-based model.

Qualificações

• Commercial mindset and sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Residence in the Comporta/Melides region.
• Additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian) are a plus.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Interest in a 100% commission-based model.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively acquire properties and clients
• Conduct property valuations and market analysis
• Organize and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate with buyers and property owners
• Develop marketing activities to attract listings
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients
• Identify new business opportunities
