TLG Global in Lisbon is seeking a Construction Project Planner to lead planning and coordination for luxury real estate and hospitality developments. You will develop detailed schedules, track progress, manage resources and budgets, and report risks and changes to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Strong planning and scheduling skills with MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of luxury real estate or hospitality construction processes.
• Budget tracking and resource allocation for multi-phase projects.
• Effective stakeholder communication with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to documentation, reporting and risk management.
• Experience as a project planner or coordinator in construction.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese or other European languages an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality.
