Farfetch is a global luxury fashion marketplace with a Lisbon office. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of Farfetch strategic partners, delivering exceptional service across email, phone and chat while helping customers discover our partner’s products selection.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will resolve queries with speed and empathy, and collaborate with internal teams to localize initiatives.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably fashion/e-commerce.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good IT skills and ability to guide customers on digital platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact across email, phone, and chat.
• Provide product and service information and advisory.
• Own case resolution, follow company processes and guidelines.
• Manage demanding customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to localize initiatives.
• Support team development and contribute to a positive environment.
