Role requires maintaining luxury presentation, building client relationships, and participating in events while handling POS and inventory tasks. The position is on-site in a Montblanc boutique, with a focus on premium customer experience.

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience (required).
• Commercial maturity.
• Knowledge of the product and the Brand.
• One year of experience in the type of sales to be performed.
• Sales techniques.
• Ability to impact and communicate with clients.
• Service orientation - Ability to detect customer needs.
• Sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Excellent appearance and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product sales effectively and achieve set sales goals.
• Advise clients and ensure their satisfaction per Brand standards.
• Handle the sales process according to client type and maintain client relationships.
• Develop sales initiatives and participate in events.
• Ensure boutique operations, including cash register and stock duties, run smoothly when colleagues are absent.
• Maintain luxurious brand presentation and windows/display standards.
• Coordinate with ABM on customer relations and complaints.
• Provide information and reports to store management; participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Respect deadlines for communications and labor matters.
