Cartier Lisboa Boutique in Portugal is seeking a passionate Boutique Assistant Intern to welcome clients, support sales teams, and help with daily boutique operations.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; additional languages a plus. You will be part of the Richemont family and gain hands-on experience in luxury retail.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and greeting clients upon arrival in the boutique.
• Support in managing waiting time, providing information and storytelling about the Maison.
• Assisting the team with gift wrapping and discreet tasks as needed.
• Assisting with client services such as quick services (cordon changes, etc.).
• Ensuring the boutique environment is impeccable and assisting daily setup/ breakdown.
• Supporting daily replenishment of selling floor supplies.

Ourworld-leading luxury Maison in Jewelry and Watches - Cartier is looking for a passionate and highly professional Boutique Assistant Intern to join our boutique in Lisbon.

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you willbe responsible forwelcoming our clients, managing waiting time and ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will alsosupport inassistingthe Sales Associates during sales andparticipatein daily boutique operations.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Welcoming and greeting clients upon their arrival in the boutique

Support in managing the waiting time, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique, and making sure the clients are being taken care of.

Assistingthe team throughout the salesmanaging gift wrapping,assistingdiscreetly with various tasks as needed.

Assistingthe team with client services, such as executing quick services as needed (cordon change, etc.)

Support in ensuring theboutique’senvironment is impeccable andassistingwith the boutique’s daily set up and break down for opening/closing.

Supporting in handling the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
