Aqua Expeditions is seeking a dynamic Loyalty Manager (Contractor) based in Europe to lead Trade and Guest Loyalty Programs. The role focuses on driving repeat sales, implementing engagement strategies, and coordinating with Sales, Reservations, CRM, and marketing teams to optimize program performance.

You will oversee program enhancements with technical partners, track KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights to improve customer and partner engagement while aligning with global business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, or CRM.
• Strong expertise in loyalty program management and strategies.
• Proven success in driving repeat sales through engagement and personalization.
