ASSA ABLOY Group in Águeda seeks a Logistic Manager (M/F) to coordinate between Production and Commercial demand, ensuring maximum efficiency of cost and service. You will report to the Site Operations Director and lead the logistics team to secure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

Role requires a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering with logistics focus and at least 5 years of experience, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering with specialization in logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement safety improvements in logistics with H&S manager.
• Plan production master plans with Production Managers.
• Define and monitor indicators to reduce transport and structural costs.
• Improve customer service and supplier performance indicators.
• Collaborate on cost, lead time, and stock management improvements with Lean manager.
• Propose investments to improve logistics performance in short/medium/long term.
• Pilot and participate in ERP projects.
• Supervise, lead and develop logistics teams.
• Negotiate logistics operating protocols with suppliers and customers.
• Achieve stock objectives, MTPT, Net and Gross values, aging metrics.
