Job summary

Groupe Beneteau is seeking a Logistics Key User/Business Process Owner (IFS ERP) to drive the implementation, optimization and adoption of the IFS ERP within Supply Chain and Logistics. You will bridge Logistics Operations with the ERP project team, shape processes, configure the system, test, and lead change initiatives to ensure durable value for the organization.

You will work on module areas including Receiving, Warehousing, Production Supply, Inventory Management, Planning & Scheduling,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; IFS experience preferred.
• Experience in ERP implementation, optimization or business transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• English proficiency.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent Logistics in IFS ERP implementation and improvement projects.
• Map, analyze and document logistics processes and requirements.
• Drive change management and user readiness for new processes.
• Collaborate with consultants to define and optimize system solutions.
• Support configuration and enhancement of IFS logistics modules (Receiving, Warehousing, Production Supply, Inventory Management, Planning & Scheduling, Shipping).
• Execute UAT, validate processes and support issue resolution.
• Assist with data migration and validation for logistics operations.
• Develop user procedures, work instructions and training docs; deliver training.
• Provide first-line user support and escalate when needed.
• Monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process digitalization and automation.
