Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Professional to lead the BI Systems Team within Airbus GBS Tech Hub, supporting Finance Transformation. You will manage the IFRP Platform (BW on Hana) and SAP Analytics Cloud projects, with IBM Planning Analytics for planning and forecasting.

You will also oversee team management, performance, training, and adherence to HR policies, while engaging with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure compliance with Airbus values.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of finance processes: operational planning, monthly reporting, internal corporate reporting.
• Knowledge of master data alignment and process organization.
• Ability to work with international and multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the BI Systems Team within Airbus GBS Tech Hub.
• Oversee IFRP Platform management (BW on Hana) and SAP Analytics Cloud projects.
• Coordinate with SAP and non-SAP experts to resolve issues and implement changes.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and processes.
