Edp Renovaveis Servicios Financieros SA in Lisbon seeks a Service Management Senior Specialist to monitor service performance, ensure SLA compliance, and drive governance across the GBS service catalogue. You will analyse data, update the operating model, and collaborate with internal GBS teams.

Required are a degree in Management or Economics, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, fluent English, and experience in service management. Power BI knowledge and Spanish language are valued assets.

Qualificações

• Degree in Management, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Experience and/or interest in Service Management.
• Team spirit with a collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency/experience in Power BI; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools (back‑office perspective).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor service performance and ensure SLA compliance within the GBS service catalogue.
• Analyse data and identify performance deviations.
• Keep the service catalogue updated and aligned with the operating model.
• Drive service management governance rituals and follow-up meetings with key stakeholders.
• Monitor the quality of services delivered.
• Work closely with internal GBS teams.
