EDP in Lisbon is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to oversee and coordinate billing for network access and related services, ensuring regulatory compliance and service levels while driving process improvements. The role requires a Master’s degree in Management or Engineering, up to 4 years of professional experience, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI.

Hybrid work in Lisbon will support coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely billing and KPI

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Management or Engineering.
• Up to 4 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of automating and monitoring operational processes.
• Experience defining functional requirements and testing for information systems.
• Knowledge of implementing and monitoring KPIs and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate billing operations for network access and related services.
• Monitor SLAs, regulatory compliance, and process performance.
• Define and optimize processes, including requirements and testing for systems.
• Implement KPIs and dashboards for monitoring and reporting.
• Manage BPO activities and ensure quality and efficiency.
