Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are desirable).
• Valid work permit for Portugal (EU citizenship preferred).

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitors' activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
