Work in USA in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive the company's sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, leading team, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, market research, cross-department collaboration, training, and representing at trade shows. Salary: 1300$ per month plus commission. Accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
