QuantumIT Solutions in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth across international markets.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can analyze data, forecast sales, mentor teammates, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure excellent service. Visa sponsorship is provided for non-EU candidates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
