JoB Training & Coaching in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking customer support professional for a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule, handling flight bookings, refunds, and policy inquiries for the German market.

The role requires strong German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to navigate regulatory information. Start date December 2025; on-site, 40 hours per week, with weekends off.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German proficiency (C1/C2).
• Professional working English (B2/C1).
• Experience in high-volume customer service, administration, or compliance is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Specialized guidance on German-market flight bookings, refunds, and policy interpretations.
• Own and manage cases end-to-end from initial contact to resolution.
• Coordinate with back-office, legal, and operations to resolve escalated client situations.
• Maintain high-quality German and English written and verbal communication.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
