JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the primary contact for a large European market, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting steps in the CRM.

Fluency in Dutch and professional English are required. The role is on-site, full-time (40 hours/week) with Sunday off and an additional rotational day. Start date December 2025, based in a modern Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Near-native or native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) is mandatory.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1) for internal comms and docs.
• Genuine desire to help people with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning and troubleshooting basic consumer tech.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal and relocate to Lisbon if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product feature/warranty/order status info.
• Maintain high CSAT scores and aim for first-call resolution (FCR).
• Document all interactions and steps in the CRM for compliance and future reference.
• Participate in team meetings and training for new launches and processes.
