Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an English Speaking Customer Support Advisor to assist individual and business users with account issues, billing queries, and platform usage questions. The role is on-site with rotating day shifts and a 40-hour work week, including weekends.

Training will be provided, with an 12-month employment contract after successful completion. EU visa/residency eligibility is required to work in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken (C1+).
