The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of software and network issues, guidance through solutions, and collaboration with peers to maintain top service quality. Training, relocation support, and language courses are offered to foster growth.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Available to live and work in Lisbon for 12 months
• High school diploma
• Prior experience in technical support
• European passport or ID
• Experience with Office 365 (Exchange Online)
• Active Directory and DNS
• PowerShell scripting
