CloserHire is recruiting Greek-speaking AI Content Moderators for a Lisbon-based project. You will review AI-dubbed videos to ensure quality and compliance with platform policies, guidelines, and regional standards, helping protect users worldwide.

The role involves a 24/7 rotating schedule with two days off, full-time employment, and relocation support for international candidates. You will work in a collaborative, multicultural team in a modern Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Greek.
• Strong English language skills (B2 or higher).
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, QA, or analytical roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed videos for policy and guideline compliance.
• Evaluate flagged content and apply internal guidelines objectively.
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and accuracy.
• Identify policy violations, including hate speech and harassment.
• Verify regional regulation alignment and escalate high-risk cases as needed.
• Document moderation decisions with detailed case records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets with large volumes of content.
• Stay updated on policy changes and moderation procedures.
• Handle confidential and sensitive content with professionalism.
