Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is hiring English Sales Agents to join our on-site team. You will represent a leading international client, handle sales and customer relationships, and work in a target-driven environment with uncapped commission.

Training starts in October 2026. The role requires fluent English, proven sales experience, and the ability to work rotational shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (telesales, call center, inside sales) is mandatory.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above, written and spoken.
• Based in Lisbon or Greater Lisbon and able to commute daily.
• Available to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Valid right to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales calls in English
• Present, promote and sell the client's products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase order value
• Log every lead, call and sale in the CRM
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including conversion rate
• Follow sales compliance and GDPR guidelines
