Job summary

Thales Group in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Director to lead and develop the cybersecurity services business in Portugal. You will define and execute the commercial strategy, lead the sales team, and drive sustainable revenue and profitability growth in the Portuguese market.

The role requires 8–10 years of cybersecurity sales experience, 3–5 years leading teams, strong knowledge of the Portuguese market, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
• 3–5 years leading sales teams with proven metrics.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese market.
• Native or bilingual Portuguese; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Portuguese market.
• Lead, develop and motivate the sales team towards high performance.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Develop strategic relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Presales and Delivery teams.
• Coordinate with Thales and BLs and with other country teams to identify new opportunities.
• Understand market dynamics, competition and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at C-level and institutional levels in the market.
