Thales in Portugal is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to analyze security requirements, design high-level architectures, and lead security component development across multidisciplinary teams.

You will ensure compliance with major cybersecurity frameworks and support accreditation and certification processes, with opportunities to travel as needed. English proficiency is mandatory, and a degree in Cybersecurity or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline majoring in Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of proven experience in the Cybersecurity field.
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions and architecture design.

Responsabilités

• Analyze security requirements and constraints to develop high-level, compliant security architectures.
• Lead design and development of security components such as SIEM, IAM, gateways, and detection systems.
• Coordinate security efforts across multidisciplinary teams and support accreditation processes.
