EY-Parthenon Portugal is seeking a Commercial Due Diligence Manager to support a new Portugal Business Hub. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, assess market dynamics, and provide actionable insights for private equity investors and corporate clients across Europe West.

You will collaborate with strategy consultants, sector specialists, and deal professionals to deliver high-quality, data-driven analyses in dynamic transaction environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years' professional experience in Commercial Due Diligence, Strategy Consulting or related fields.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; willing to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Commercial Due Diligence projects and engagement teams.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and relationships with Private Equity investors and corporate clients.
• Oversee assessment of market attractiveness, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Lead analyses and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for M&A and investments.
• Drive delivery across multiple workstreams within tight timelines.
• Support proposals, capability presentations and client pitches.
