Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Financial Due Diligence team. You will lead and manage Diligence engagements, review historical financials and forecasts, and contribute to client deliverables and presentations.

The role requires 3–5 years of Diligence experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English. EY offers a supportive culture, career development, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence.
• Ability to analyse financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions.
• Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and manage Financial Due Diligence engagements.
• Review historical financial performance and business forecasts.
• Identify key risks, opportunities, and value drivers in transactions.
• Prepare client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and Excel databooks.
• Manage project teams and coordinate with clients and internal EY stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to team development.
