Aqua Expeditions is hiring an Expedition Consultant Europe & Asia (Contractor Role, based in Lisbon, Portugal). You will actively sell our luxury small ship cruises by developing strong client relationships and proactively managing prospective travelers.

You will manage direct inquiries across website, email, phone and social channels, qualify needs, present tailored options, and drive revenue targets while coordinating with marketing and operations.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in hospitality, travel, tourism or business.
• Experience in luxury travel agency or tour operator as a travel advisor.
• Native English; multilingual Spanish or French a plus.
• Ability to plan expeditions and manage client expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with IT systems and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage direct inbound inquiries from multiple channels and convert to bookings.
• Determine clients' needs and propose suitable cruise options.
• Provide timely, high-quality, personalized service and materials.
• Resolve concerns and aim to convert inquiries to bookings.
• Reach and exceed revenue targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations on guest requests.
• Prepare weekly direct sales reports.
• Liaise with operations to relay customer requests.
• Maintain accurate guest information in CRM.
