CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Greek-speaking AI Content Moderators for an innovative AI-powered e-commerce project based in Lisbon, Portugal. Join an international team helping improve the quality and safety of AI-generated video content.

This is a full-time role operating on a 24/7 rotating schedule (Mon–Sun) with two days off. Relocation support is available for international candidates, and health insurance is provided after six months.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Greek and good English (B2 or above).
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, quality assurance, or analytical roles is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content for policy and guideline compliance.
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions per internal guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance and content accuracy.
• Identify policy violations including hate speech, harassment and other prohibited material.
• Verify content complies with regional regulations and market standards.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to specialized teams.
• Document moderation decisions with detailed case records.
• Meet productivity, quality and accuracy targets while handling high volumes.
• Stay updated on policy changes and moderation procedures.
