You will work on a full-time, 24/7 rotating schedule and help maintain a safe user environment across a global platform.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Greek
• Good command of English (B2)
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, QA, or analytical roles is advantageous
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Good understanding of Greek language nuances and cultural context
• Knowledge of online platforms or e-commerce environments desirable
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high workloads

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content for policy and guideline compliance
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy
• Identify policy violations including hate speech and harassment
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market standards
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams as needed
• Document moderation decisions and maintain case records
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets with high content volume
• Stay updated on policy changes and moderation procedures
• Handle confidential content with professionalism and discretion
