CloserHire is recruiting German-speaking AI Content Moderators for a leading global customer experience project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review AI-dubbed videos to ensure quality, safety, and policy compliance for millions of users.

This full-time role operates on a 24/7 rotating schedule, with two days off, and relocation support is available for international candidates. Health insurance is included after 6 months, with a competitive salary package.

Qualificações

• Native German fluency.
• English at least B2 level.
• Experience in content moderation or related roles is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and objective decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content for policy and community guideline compliance.
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions.
• Assess translation quality and cultural relevance.
• Identify policy violations including hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited material.
• Verify content complies with regional regulations and market standards.
• Escalate high-risk cases to internal teams.
• Document moderation decisions and maintain case records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets with high content volumes.
• Stay updated with policy changes and moderation procedures.
