CloserHire partners with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Czech-speaking AI Content Moderators for an innovative AI-powered e-commerce project based in Lisbon, Portugal. Review AI-dubbed videos to ensure they meet quality standards, community guidelines, and regional policies, contributing to a safe and trusted experience for millions of users worldwide.

This is a full-time position operating on a 24/7 rotating schedule (Monday to Sunday), with two rotational days off and

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Czech required.
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Experience in content moderation or related analytical roles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Evaluate flagged content and make decisions based on internal guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy.
• Identify policy violations including hate speech and harassment.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market standards.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and document decisions clearly.
• Maintain high productivity, quality, and accuracy on large content volumes.
• Stay updated on policy changes and moderation procedures.
