Kautak Learning LDA (SkillUp Europe) seeks a hands-on sales hunter to open and close new accounts across Portugal and Europe, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will engage corporate and public-sector buyers, represent SkillUp at conferences, and work with country leadership and delivery teams.

Fluent English and Portuguese are required; additional European languages are a strong plus in this early-stage expansion role based in Lisbon, hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• Proven consultive, long-cycle B2B sales (6-12+ months).
• Selling services or projects rather than off-the-shelf product.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close new accounts across corporate and public-sector buyers in Portugal and Europe.
• Own the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, close.
• Build pipeline from near-standing start with no SDR or existing playbook.
• Represent SkillUp at target conferences and with partners, generating and following up on leads.
• Work closely with Country Manager, pre-sales/technical, and global delivery teams.
• Track record of opening new accounts and selling to HR/L&D, digital transformation, or public-sector buyers.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, early-stage structure with high autonomy.
• Fluent English and Portuguese; additional European languages are a strong plus.
