iCapital in Lisbon is seeking a Cross-Border Fund Distribution Associate to support its international expansion. You will research and advise on country-specific rules for marketing foreign funds to local investors, including offshore and onshore channels, while collaborating with Compliance Officers and the global team.

This role is based in Lisbon and reports to a Vice President within a 37-member Global Regulatory and Compliance Team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent is required.
• Experience in EU/international law is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with cross-border fund distribution regulation tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and address daily requests for advice.
• Assess information and request details when needed.
• Use legal advisory tools to frame applicable rules.
• Escalate for senior review and external counsel input when needed.
• Maintain a log of advised cases for consistency, including AI-assisted references.
• Support team meetings and regulatory trackers; monitor updates.
