CORUM L'Epargne is seeking an International Client Operations Manager to oversee subscription processes from Lisbon with rigorous administrative control, AML/CFT checks, and accurate reporting for international clients. The role requires coordination with compliance, IT, legal, and finance teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory. The position offers a hybrid work model with up to two remote days per week in a cross-border financial services

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in Middle Office or Back Office operations in financial services.
• Knowledge of the financial sector and/or real estate investment funds is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Administer subscription processes with rigorous oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out bank reconciliations for subscription payments and verify flows with IT.
• Serve as main contact for partners and notaries on subscription follow-ups and client contracts.
