WTW’s Regional Delivery Center in Lisbon is seeking a Change Delivery & Execution professional to support Investments’ strategic priorities through coordinating and driving business transformation initiatives across business, operations and technology teams.

The role combines analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery management to ensure initiatives are well defined, governed and deliver expected outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience supporting or delivering strategic change, business transformation, organisational improvement or complex business initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate high-level objectives into practical actions and deliverables.
• Experience of planning, coordinating and tracking complex initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to a range of audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
