Job summary

WTW's Lisbon-based Regional Delivery Center is seeking a Change Delivery & Execution professional to coordinate and drive business transformation across Investments, Operations and Technology. You will translate business objectives into practical plans, support delivery, manage risks and ensure initiatives stay aligned with strategic goals.

You will lead governance, workshops and stakeholder alignment, monitor progress, and help realise benefits while embedding new processes and ways of working

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strategic change and managing complex business initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and tracking complex initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of investment management or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Establish governance, reporting and risk management for initiatives.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, elevate issues when needed.
• Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment to maintain momentum.
• Support adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working.
• Collaborate with Investments, Operations, Technology and Corporate Functions.
