The Career Nest in Lisbon is seeking a Back Office Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join a multinational team. This role moves away from phones and focuses on back-office operations, case management, and supporting connected services.

You will work on-site in Lisbon with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, and a salary of 1,400.00 € gross per month plus up to 100.00 € as a performance bonus.
